SHIPPING

What shipping options do we offer?

We offer different shipping options. If you are in Spain, you can choose between CTT or Nacex both options being express delivery. You’ll have your package in 24-48 hours, and it is for free. If you are in Canarias, the only option we have is Correos Premium and you’ll have your order in 48-72 hours. Please bear in mind that orders going to Canarias will have to go through customs, so the delivery can take a few more days. If your order is above 100 euros there will be a customs tax to pay.

For shipments inside the EU, we work with Fedex and DHL. We offer express shipping with DHL Express, meaning you’ll have your order in 48 hours, and it has a cost of 6 euros approximately, depending on where we are shipping to.

How much does international (outside EU) shipping cost?

For shipments outside of the EU, we work with FedEx and DHL Express. The cost is around 12 euros, depending on where we are shipping to.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping inside of Spain is between 24-48 hours. For shipping inside of the EU, if you choose Fedex, shipping can take between 48-72 hours. With DHL Express you’ll have it in 48 hours, please bare in mind that packages are in transit business days only.

For shipments outside of the EU, it may take a little bit longer, depending on the customs process. It can take up to 5-7 business days.

Orders are in transit business days only.

Sometimes processing may take longer, depending on our ability to meet the prevailing order volume. We do our very best to keep up with our stock, but due to demand, some items may be purchased on backorder and may be delayed. In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible. For articles that are out of stock the estimated delivery date will be communicated via email or via phone. The estimated waiting time may vary depending on our supplier’s availability.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES/TAX FEE

For any shipment outside of the EU there may be a customs fee. The transportation company you choose will get in contact with you to inform you of the amount to be payed. Please bear in mind that the notification can take up to 2 weeks after the item has been delivered to reach you.

For shipping to the UK, if your order is above 135 pounds there will be a customs fee.

Destino Eyewear S.L is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you. A helpful link to calculate how much you will be charged for customs depending on your country is dutycalculator.com. Please note, however, even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays. If you’re having trouble with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@eyewear-club.com. Duty Fees will not be refunded on returns for this shipping method.

CLAIMS

If you receive the wrong item or if the item you received is damaged, you must communicate it to us in the 48 hours prior to the delivery. Any claims received after this period will not be considered.

WARRANTY

Every pair has a 2 year warranty. This warranty covers any damage that may happen to the item. For example, if the logo falls off, etc. This must be communicated via email at info@eyewear-club.com and you must send us a minimum of 3 pictures of the problem. We will get in contact with our suppliers and we’ll let you know if the warranty has been accepted. We can take up to two weeks to get back to you. If the warranty is accepted, we will send you a return label so you can send us back the item and once we have it we will send you a new one. If we do not have the item in stock, the delivery may take more time.

DISCOUNTS

You can only apply one discount per item. Our discount codes may apply only to certain items. Discount codes can’t be applied to already discounted items.

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We do not offer refunds after 14 days of receiving the product.

We provide a prepaid return label that has a cost of 10 euros. Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and the amount will be deducted from the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For all returns, you can contact us at info@eyewear-club.com and we will provide you a return label. For returns within Spain we use Correos and for returns inside EU and non EU we use DHL Express.

Once you have your pre-paid label, you must print it and prepare the item using the original box, once it is ready you may drop it  at the  closest Correos/DHL Express point.

Custom fees for sending back the parcel will be charged to the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, you will not be able to exchange your purchased item. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return and place a new order.

LOST PACKAGES

If for some reason, the status of your shipment is as delivered but you do not have the package, please get in contact with us immediately.

We will have to open a claim with the transport company you choose. You will have to open a claim as well.

The transportation company will open a claim and it may take up to 2 weeks for us to have an answer. If the package is declared as lost, we will send you a new item.
